Reporting Guide

Report section rules.

1. No spamming, if the report doesn't concern you then do not make a reply on that post. I do not want to see friends coming here blindly to help their friend and making pointless remarks.

Example :: I know _______, and he's a good player.

2. When making a report about bad language, it is required that you show the full chat window as bad language can be instigated. You can enlarge the chat window by pressing enter, F5, and then F4, and then Enter when its big enough.

3. No nonsense reports. In cases of "losing" your account, don't post your account name, just post 1 character name, the date you "lost" your account, and the last approximate time you logged in with your account. In case you shared your account, post the name of the character name of the person you shared your account with.

Example :: ADMIN please help I lost my account

4. To expedite requests, hold your reports to 1 thread only, do not make multiple threads about 1 report.

5. About lost items, if you lost an item, tell what time you lost your item, what you lost, and how you lost it. Show screen shots of such event that causes you to lose an item. Failure to provide screen shots of said item will be detrimental to the chances of you retaining your item.


6. To report arena PK abuse, you must show 3 instances of you getting killed(other player gets 3 lvls of PK) AFTER you tell them to stop.

7. To report the "miss" bug abuse, you must show the person having the miss bug (attack them) and them attacking you(numbers floating above your head). It must also show you asking them to relog and if they fail to do so, it'll result in punishment. However, if the last screenshot shows you saying "relog" then it's not enough proof as they could have relogged as soon as you asked them to.

8. In the event your account is compromised and "hacked", to make things easier and faster, report the last date/time you were logged in with your items, and when you logged in and didn't have the items. Also to make things faster, tell us the names of the characters you trusted your account with since most hack cases are result of sharing and/or lack of common sense.

9. Do not ask Admins to check logs for everything. It is our job to provide support if the server fails and you lose items/stats/etc. However, it is the main responsibility of the account holder to take care of his account. We understand sometimes that you do get a sudden closing of the game window but you must express that in your report.

This is to ensure you the best time on the server, and to make the support requests done faster. Thanks.

Regards to rule #1, if the report doesn't involve you in any way, do not post to make sure it's answered to by a staff member. Keep the report section cleaned.

This serves as a warning to all who decide to reply to a thread. Any posts not related to the report will be treated as follows on the number of posts.

1. Spam
2. Serve forum ban for 2 days.
3. Serve forum ban for 7 days.
4. Serve forum ban for 1 month.
5. Serve forum ban for indefinite period as fit.

This is to ensure quality of support by the staff members.

Remember, if the report doesn't concern you DIRECTLY, do not reply. If you have a similar problem, make your own thread. You've been forewarned.
